All services are advisory only.

- You decide when services are run
- You determine how (or if) insights are implemented
SB-CSS does not:
- mandate actions,
- enforce changes,
- or determine what your business “must” do.

Your Dashboard Experience
Each customer receives a secure dashboard that shows:
- the services you’ve enabled,
- the status of each service,
- and the reports generated for your organization.
Only your organization can access your dashboard.
SB-CSS systems are designed to prevent cross-customer data access.
Subscription & Pricing Transparency
SB-CSS services are provided on a subscription basis.
- Each service is available individually
- Customers may bundle services for cost efficiency
- Bundled savings apply only when three or more services are selected
- You may add or remove services at any time
If a subscription becomes inactive:
- service execution pauses,
- previously generated reports remain accessible,
- services resume automatically when billing is restored.
There are no hidden fees or forced upgrades.
Responsible Use of AI
SB-CSS uses AI to:
- analyze patterns,
- summarize findings,
- and present information clearly.
Our AI systems:
- do not execute actions,
- do not make decisions for you,
- and do not access customer systems without authorization.
Human oversight is always required.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We take privacy seriously.
- Customer data is used only to provide selected services
- We do not sell customer data
- Confidentiality obligations apply to both SB-CSS and customers
